This is a motion filed by the Chapter 7 debtor, Thaddeus J. Sobiech, Sr. (“debtor”), on November 28, 1990 pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3007 (“B.R.”) objecting to the amended proof of claim filed by Peter E.
