Allan Schulman and Nancy Schulman (“the Schulmans”) move 1 pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502(a) and Rule 3007 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for an Order expunging certain claims against Manshul Construction Corp. and Manshul Construction Company (Bronx), Inc. (together “the Debtors”).
