Appellant was convicted of two counts of an indictment charging him -with selling, bartering, exchanging or giving away narcotic drugs without written Treasury order form in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 4705 (a) ;1 two counts charging purchasing, selling, dispensing or distributing narcotic drugs not in or from the original stamped package in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 4704(a) ; 2 and two counts charging facilitating the concealment or sale of narcotic drugs illegally imported knowing same to be illegally imported in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 174.3 These counts were the latter…
