This is a proceeding in the estate of Albert Ott, deceased, wherein Stella Ott, as the alleged widow of the decedent, petitioned for the removal of Robert V. Chrisman as administrator and for her own appointment in his stead. She also represented herself to have a partnership interest in certain personal property of the estate under a prenuptial agreement made between herself and the deceased shortly before their alleged Idaho marriage. From an order adverse to the petitioner, she appeals.
