Gregory E. Johnson appeals the denial of his petition for modification of child support by the Circuit Court of Brooke County. On appeal, Mr. Johnson maintains that the circuit court erred, as a matter of law, in attributing income to him based on his former occupation rather than federal minimum wage as required by the child support guidelines. Mrs. Allman (formerly Mrs. Johnson) maintains that the circuit court justified in writing its deviation from the child support guidelines.
