STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Appellants-Plaintiffs Nelda Sue Johnson (Johnson) and the North Miami Education Association (Association) (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Plaintiffs”) appeal the trial court’s Order granting the North Miami Community Schools’ (School) motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint and application to vacate an arbitrator’s award because the arbitrator did not direct the School to reinstate Johnson as a teacher.
