In two related actions to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., which were joined for trial, the defendant in Action No. 1 appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (McGuirk, J.), dated November 26, 2003, which granted the motion of the plaintiff William E. Sheehan in Action No. 1 for summary judgment dismissing her counterclaims for contri*404bution and common-law indemnification against him, and granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing…
