SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal by the lessee from a decree of the united States Court of Appeals in the Indian Territory which affirmed a decree of the United States Court for the Western district of that territory, wherein that court refused to confirm an oil and gas lease of the laud of an Indian minor made by her guardian, and confirmed a lease of that laud to the appellee for a higher rental.
