This proceeding was instituted and prosecuted to its termination in the superior court just before the summer vacation. The injunction there issued was designed to nullify the statute and the orders made under its provisions. The proceedings and restraining order being timed as they were, there was no opportunity for review before the open fishing season for the current year was over.
