GODDARD, District Judge.
This is a motion by the plaintiff to strike out the first separate and complete defense of the defendant, the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, as being insufficient in law.
The complaint contains two causes o2 action which in substance allege that tin, plaintiff, a Negro lady, purchased in tht Pennsylvania Station, New York City, a round trip ticket to Lakeland, Florida.
