COOK, Senior Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas, the accused was convicted by general court-martial, military judge alone, of possessing hashish, cocaine, and marihuana; two specifications of falsely making border passes; and conduct unbecoming an officer by living with a subordinate female member of his command, all in violation of Articles 134 and 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 933, respectively.
