This appeal on questions of law comes to this court from a judgment entered for the defendant. The judgment was entered by the Court of Common Pleas on an appeal from an order of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Cleveland denying plaintiff’s application for permission to use her property known as 2963-95 East 55th Street in Cleveland for wrecking and dismantling motor vehicles.
