SUMMARY ORDER

Appellant Jean P. Simon, pro se, appeals the district court’s judgment granting Appellee Jonathan Sack’s petition for attorney’s fees in quantum meruit and awarding $89,160 in fees, plus prejudgment interest running from October 28, 2008, the date of Sack’s discharge. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, the procedural history of the ease, and the issues presented for review.
