MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WEXLER, District Judge:
Plaintiff Mehmet Akin (“Plaintiff’ or “Akin”) brings this action claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and the New York State Labor Law (“NYLL”), for unpaid overtime wages and for retaliation. Defendants Anjon of Greenlawn, Inc., Anton Parisi and John Parisi (collectively, the “Defendants”) move for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“Fed.
