OPINION
CASTILLO, Judge.
{1} In this case, we must determine if an individual’s Fourth Amendment rights are implicated when a law enforcement officer requests a driver’s license from the driver of a parked car. Because a reasonable person, in these circumstances, would not feel free to disregard the police officer’s request for a driver’s license, we conclude that Defendant was detained and that the detention must be justified by individualized reasonable suspicion.
