DECISION ON OBJECTIONS TO DISCHARGE

The plaintiff, who was the debtor’s first wife, filed a complaint objecting to the debtor’s discharge under subsections (2)(A), (3) and (5) of 11 U.S.C. § 727(a) and for a determination under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a) that her state court default judgment against the debtor for an equitable distribution in the sum of $17,000 is not dischargeable.
