CASE SUMMARY

Plaintiff-appellant Roger Eugene Wal-dron (Waldron) appeals from the denial of his motion to amend his complaint, claiming that under Ind. Rules of Procedure, Trial Rule 15(C) his amended proposed complaint *859related back to the date of the filing of his original complaint.

We affirm.

FACTS
