I. INTRODUCTION
This case originates from an underin-süred motorist claim' submitted after a motorcycle accident. Plaintiff Robert W. Toner brings this suit against his own insurer, Defendant GEICO Insurance Company, alleging breach of contract and bad faith.. In Count I of the Complaint, Plaintiff alleges breach of contract because Defendant has not offered to pay his underin-sured motorist claim, In Count II, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant acted in bad faith, in violation of 42 Pa.
