Plaintiff Jody Massey appeals from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) on her claim for uninsured/underinsured motorist (“UM”) coverage under her umbrella policy with Allstate. Massey contends on appeal that the trial court erred when it ruled that her Allstate umbrella policy did not include UM coverage at the time of the accident at issue in this case. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand the case for further proceedings.
