The appellants, as plaintiffs, brought action in the Court of Court of Common Pleas of Williamsburg County for the recovery of the possession of a tract of land, situate in that County, containing 142 acres, more or less. The complaint is in the usual form of complaints for the recovery of real property. The defendant, D. C.
