The instant appeal has been taken from a final judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, James V. Miller, seeks the reversal of his conviction on one count of drug abuse, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A). As the basis for this appeal, appellant maintains that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress certain evidence obtained during an investigative stop of a motor vehicle.
