WIEAND, Judge:

Todd A. Loeper was tried by jury and was found guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3731(a)(4).1 In the same proceeding, the trial court, sitting as fact-finder, found Loeper guilty of the summary offense of reckless driving.
