CIRILLO, Judge.

Milton Stith (Stith) appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. We affirm.

On October 16, 1992 at approximately 3:05 a.m., a Swarthmore Borough police officer observed Stith operating his car in an erratic manner. Stith was stopped by Officer Raymond Stufflet, was given field sobriety tests, 1 and was asked to submit to a blood alcohol test, to which he agreed.
