I dissent for the reason that the record does not disclose that appellant’s real property has been discriminated against or that it was not valued for taxation by a uniform rule applicable to all real property of the same or similar kind in the same or similar neighborhood or that the valuation arrived at by the Board of Tax Appeals is either unlawful or unreasonable.
