On August 18, 1922, Peter Miller filed in the circuit court of Lake county a bill praying that a contract for the sale by him of his farm known as the Peter Miller farm, containing 206 acres more or less, situated in Lake county, to Murray D. Akin, might be decreed to be null and void and the record thereof removed as a cloud on the title to said farm, and that certain trust deeds on said property executed by Akin and his wife, Mary Agnes Akin, might be decreed to be null and void.
