This is an original proceeding in this court brought by Tidewater Associated Oil Company, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, and its insurance carrier, to obtain a review of an award made by the State Industrial Commission in favor of Lester S. Ale, hereinafter referred to as respondent.

The award granted compensation for temporary total and temporary partial disability which was the result of a cerebral hemorrhage.
