In these consolidated appeals arising from a diversity action brought by Kathleen Ann Mulholland against Schneider Service Company, Inc. (Schneider) to recover for injuries sustained while she was a passenger in an automobile that collided with Schneider’s parked truck, Mulholland appeals the order of the district court granting Schneider’s motion for judgment in accordance with its motion for a directed verdict.
