KNOELL CONST. CO., INC. v. Hanson

This appeal once again proves the old adage that haste makes waste or at least provides fertile ground in which to raise disputes. This case is the first in what appears to be an ongoing series of disputes between appellants and appellee concerning the leveling of land owned by appellants. See Knoell Constr. Co., Inc. v.
