The petitioners-appellants, who are the trustees under a certain deed of trust, as thereafter amended, executed by Charles R. Bishop, late of Honolulu, Hawaii, and San Francisco, California, filed a bill in equity in the circuit court of the first judicial circuit praying that they might be advised in reference to their authority to invest trust funds in improved and income-producing real estate.
