HOGG, Judge.

Appellant, Chester Kahafer, appeals from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court wherein he was convicted of the crime of rape, denounced by KRS 435.090, and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for life without the privilege of parole. For reversal of the judgment he contends: (1) the court misinstructed the jury; (2) prejudicially incompetent evidence was admitted over his objection; (3) the court failed to permit him to introduce competent testimony offered by him; (4) he should have been granted an extension of time within which to file additional grounds…
