DAWKINS, District Judge.

This Court now has for consideration motions for re-hearing by two claimants who sought compensation for services alleged to have been rendered and expenditures made which enured to the benefit of *615the Commercial National Bank of Shreveport, which ceased business as an' active banking institution in December, 1932. The old bank went into liquidation and transferred all of its assets to a new national bank created simultaneously by some of the old stockholders, under pressure from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
