Plaintiff Patricia McDermott has filed civil rights claims against Defendants, the Town of Windham (“Town”), Police Chief Richard Lewsen (“Lewsen”), and Police Officer Paul Cox (“Cox”), based on circumstances arising out of her arrest for criminal trespass on July 25, 2001.
