OPINION
GARCIA, Judge.
Plaintiff, Progressive Casualty Insurance Company (Progressive), appeals from the judgment entered in favor of Defendants, Nancy Colleen Vigil (Colleen) and her son, Martin Vigil (Martin), (collectively, the Vigils) following a jury trial. Progressive filed this declaratory judgment action against the Vigils, asking the district court to determine that the Vigils had no coverage on the day that Martin was involved in an accident, and the Vigils counterclaimed for bad faith.
