The bill of complaint herein is as fob lows:
“M. L. Vincent, J. H. Vincent, Wm. A. Hartline and Bosie C. Hartline, his wife, by ,their solicitor, Hilton S. Hampton, bring this their amended bill of complaint against Seaboard Ail Line Eailway, a corporation, and thereupon your orators complain and say:
“That on the 8th day of February, 1915, and prior thereto to-wit, on January 1, 1914, the said Wm. A. Hartline was the owner in fee simple of the following described premises lying in Polk County, Florida, to-wit: Begin 175 yards east of the, N. W. corner of the S. W. % of the N. W. % of Section…
