Petitioner relies on the case of Power Manufacturing Co. v. Saunders, 274 U. S. 490 (71 L. Ed. 1165). In that case the supreme court of the United States held that a statute of similar import as § 44, O. L., discriminated against a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the state of Arkansas. In that state a domestic corporation must be sued in the county in which it maintains an office or has a place of business.
