This case concerns the lending practices of the Defendant corporations. The Plaintiffs allege that these practices violate Georgia’s usury law, O.C.G.A. § 7-4-18 (1989); Georgia’s RICO Act (“Georgia RICO”), O.C.G.A. § 16-14-1 et seq. (1988 & Supp.1991); the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Statute (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. (1988); and the Truth-In-Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1640 (1988).
