This is an action for the recovery by the plaintiff of its Hupmobile automobile, which the sheriff found in the possession of the defendant, a garage keeper. The declaration is in the usual form, averring, in substance, the ownership by the plaintiff of the automobile in question and the detention thereof by the defendant.
