DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after a Hearing on the DIP’s Motion for Extension of Stay to Include Guarantors on Contingent Liability of DIP, and the objection thereto filed by RFCBC, a creditor in this case. At the Hearing schedule on this matter, all the Parties with an interest in this case were afforded the opportunity to present evidence and make arguments in support of their respective positions.
