Several parties in two cases consolidated for trial converge on an appeal by Patmon, Young & Kirk, P.C. Appellant appeals from several orders of Detroit Common Pleas Court, which were affirmed by Wayne County Circuit Court.
Robert C. Johnson, plaintiff in the first action, brought suit in common pleas court on a promissory note for $2,800 issued by appellant. By way of answer, appellant set up the terms of an alleged agreement referred to in the note.
