Plaintiffs Frank-Michael Cassano and Camille-Carmela Cassano (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this action pro se against Defendants David W. Nelms and Aleksandr Altshuler (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, deceptive practices in violation of New York General Business Law § 349, common law fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
