This is a statutory action to determine adverse claims to certain bottom lands lying along the Missouri river. Trial was had to the court without a jury and judgment was entered for the plaintiff. The defendants appeal.

The record discloses that the plaintiff is the owner of the “Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the Lots Two, Three and Four of Section 24, and the Lot Seven of Section 23 in Township 137, Range 80, containing one hundred sixty-five and ten hundredths acres, according to the Official Plat . . .” through conveyances from the patentee of the federal government.
