This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying the modification of the original judgment in a divorce suit wherein appellant sought the cessation of all alimony payments thereunder.

The original decree was entered on November 27, 1968, and provided for the payment of the sum of $100 monthly to appel-lee during her lifetime or until her remarriage. This Petition to Modify Decree was filed on February 26, 1973, and was heard on May 15, 1973. Relief was denied by the trial court.
