This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia. The action was one in replevin brought by the appellant as owner of three “claw machines” seized by members of the Metropolitan Police Department, District of Columbia, and delivered to the appellee as Property Clerk of the Department. There was a trial to a jury.
