Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 8, 2010, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because she voluntarily left her employment without good cause.

Claimant worked part time as a sales associate and customer service representative for the employer from October 2009 to December 2009. Apparently bothered by comments that her coworkers were making to each other, claimant tendered her resignation.
