Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City. The appeal in this case was taken by the plaintiffs from a decree of the Court below (Wickes, J.,) dismissing their hill. The case is stated in the opinion of this Court.

The appellants filed a bill in^the Circuit Court of Baltimore City against the appellee, a corporation formed *484under the general incorporation law of Maryland, and the prayer is that a receiver may he appointed to take charge of and administer the assets of the defendant corporation under the order of the Court, and for an injunction restraining the officers and agents of said defendant from receiving or collecting any money or assessment due or coming to it, and from interfering with its property or assets, and for general relief.
