OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Petitioner, J.F. Schrader (Schrader), appeals the trial court’s Order denying his Petition for Judicial Review in favor of Appellee-Respondent, the Porter County Drainage Board (the Drainage Board).

We affirm.

ISSUES
