OPINION
RILEY, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Appellant-Respondent, N.P. (Mother), appeals the trial court’s finding that her children, R.P. and L.P., are children in needs of services (CHINS).
We affirm.
ISSUES
Mother raises two issues on appeal, which we restate as the following three issues:(1) Whether the trial court had jurisdiction to hear the case even though it failed to conduct a factfinding hearing within the 60-day statutory time limit;(2) Whether the Vigo County Department of Child Services (DCS) presented sufficient evidence to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that R.P. and L.P.…
