[ 1 The issue before us is whether a trial court may now establish future child support and set an arrearage for retroactively established child support when the parties agreed in a 1990 divorce to termination of any parental rights the husband had to a newborn child, and further agreed that the mother was not entitled to receive any child support on behalf of the newborn.
