KAUGER, J.:

¶ 1 The three dispositive questions presented are whether: 1) the trial court’s valuation of the parties’ marital estate was against the clear weight of evidence; 2) the trial court’s distribution of the parties’ marital estate was just and reasonable; and 3) the trial court’s order that each party pay its own attorney fees was an abuse of discretion.
