STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-appellant, Cecil K. Roger, Administrator of the Estate of Karen K. Roger, deceased (Roger) appeals a judgment entered in the Owen Circuit Court upon a jury verdict against defendant-appellee Devin R. Reid (Reid) awarding damages for the wrongful death of his daughter, Karen K. Roger (Karen).

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
